Can you migrate from Excel or Access?

Of course. We handle data migration and logic reproduction from existing Excel files, Access databases, and Google Sheets. Preparing (cleansing) the migration data is included in the initial build cost.

What support do you provide when the system goes down?

Under a monthly maintenance plan (¥50,000–200,000/month), we guarantee an initial response within 24 hours. For critical failures (operations come to a complete halt), we respond immediately. If you don't have a maintenance contract, we can still help on a per-request basis.

How much does maintenance cost?
